All of our events are all ages, but everybody must have a ticket to enter and enjoy the show.

Yes, water bottle refilling stations are located on the Gate 1 plaza across from the concession stands and on the Gate 4 plaza by the restrooms. Empty refillable plastic bottles are permitted to be brought inside the venue. Guests are also permitted to bring in 1 factory-sealed water bottle up to 1 liter in size.

If your show was canceled, you'll be notified ASAP about a potential reschedule. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cellphone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses, without a valid media pass. If the lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in. then it is considered a professional camera.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.

All of our shows are all ages, but you'll need an ID to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in: A state-issued ID or driver’s license Current US Government or military ID An official passport We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.

You can pickup your tickets at the box office located near Gate 1 on Elliott Galloway Way. Make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets.
